Groundbreaking ceremony of Hospital 245 project in Quang Tri

On May 17, in Dong Luong ward, Dong Ha city, Hoan My Medical Services Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the 245 General Hospital project.

The 245 General Hospital Project, invested by Hoan My Medical Services Joint Stock Company, is built on an area of 1.53 hectares in Tan Vinh village, Dong Luong ward, Dong Ha city with a total investment of 450 billion VND. This is the first socialized project in the health sector implemented by an enterprise in Quang Tri province.

The project aims to invest in building a 150-bed general hospital, including 110 general treatment beds and 40 high-quality treatment beds, with full construction items according to design standards, meeting the medical examination and treatment needs of people in and outside the province; at the same time, improving health, aesthetics, improving the quality of life and serving the community's health.

The hospital is built with a synchronous and modern technical infrastructure system, contributing to the completion of the city's social infrastructure. The main items include: examination, treatment, administration, service, nutrition, anti-infection and auxiliary items...

Regarding progress, it is expected that General Hospital 245 will be completed and put into operation in the first quarter of 2028.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairman of Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee Le Duc Tien expected that after completion and operation, General Hospital 245 will actively contribute to improving the capacity of the local health system, meeting the needs of high-quality medical examination and treatment of the people.

The Vice Chairman of the Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee also requested investors to give maximum priority and focus on mobilizing resources, fully preparing the best conditions to implement the project, ensuring progress and quality of the project; at the same time, focusing on requirements on labor safety, environmental protection, security and order, striving to achieve and exceed the committed progress.

Vice Chairman Le Duc Tien requested provincial departments, branches and sectors and Dong Ha City to proactively and actively coordinate with investors to strictly implement procedures and processes; supervise and advise the Provincial People's Committee to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles arising during project implementation.

On this occasion, on behalf of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province, Vice Chairman Le Duc Tien also awarded a Certificate of Merit to General Clinic 245 for its many achievements in medical expertise and development of the private medical sector in the period 2020 - 2025 in Quang Tri province.

Hoan My Medical Services Joint Stock Company was granted the first business registration license by the Business Registration Office - Quang Tri Department of Planning and Investment (now Quang Tri Department of Finance) on November 3, 2008, and registered for the 8th change on July 21, 2023. The company is headquartered at 245 - Hung Vuong Street, Dong Ha City, with Mr. Do Quang Vinh (born in 1983) as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director of the company. In July 2023, Hoan My Medical Services Joint Stock Company increased its charter capital from VND 10 billion to VND 20 billion.
