Groundbreaking ceremony of Sunflower Library for disabled students in Vinh Long

VHO - The Huong Duong Library project has just started construction at the Center for Supporting the Development of Inclusive Education in Vinh Long Province to support visually impaired students. The library will be constructed in accordance with green, environmentally friendly building standards, with a total usable area of 75m2 (including a reading area and an outdoor yard).
