During the careful and thorough preparation process for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, Party committees at all levels in Cao Bang province have devoted a lot of effort, intelligence and time to perfecting and improving the quality of documents, focusing on the draft political report to be submitted to the Congress.

Up to now, 100% of the Party Committees at the grassroots level and the Party Committees of communes and wards directly under the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee have completed the Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term. The Provincial Party Committee held the 20th Congress from September 15 to 17 to summarize the practice and propose key tasks and important directions for local development in the coming time.

Comrade Le Hai Yen, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee, shared that, implementing Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024; Directive No. 45-CT/TW dated April 14, 2025 of the Politburo on party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party and the Central's directives and guidelines, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee has actively and proactively advised the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to issue documents to lead, direct and comprehensively guide the subordinate Party Committees to do a good job of preparing and organizing party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, ensuring compliance with the requirements, contents, principles, procedures and regulations of the Central and in accordance with the practical situation of the province.

Thereby promoting democracy, gathering the intelligence of a large number of cadres, party members and people. The focus is on promptly concretizing the Central regulations in accordance with the practical situation of the province; directing model congresses at commune and ward levels and promptly drawing experience for replication; assigning members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee to directly follow the grassroots, promptly inspect, guide and remove difficulties.

Thanks to the decisive, detailed, and focused direction, the work of preparing documents for submission to party congresses at all levels was carried out methodically and scientifically, promoting collective intelligence through widely consulting within party committees.

Political reports and review reports were carefully prepared, tightly structured, comprehensively evaluated, clearly pointing out advantages and limitations, clearly defining goals, directions and key solutions for the new term.
