Emulation Block No. II summarizes emulation and reward work in the first 6 months of 2025 - Cao Bang Electronic Newspaper

On August 4, Emulation Bloc No. II, including economic and technical management agencies of the province, held a conference to review emulation and reward work in the first 6 months of the year; deploy directions and tasks for the last 6 months of 2025.

The block consists of 8 units: Department of Industry and Trade, Project Management Board (PMU) for investment and construction, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Construction, Department of Science and Technology (S&T), Provincial Economic Zone Management Board, Traffic Project Management Board and Provincial Business Support Coordination Board for Farmers.

In the first 6 months of the year, units have implemented many emulation movements associated with political tasks and development targets. Typically, the movement "Promoting infrastructure development, saving, and fighting waste" has been implemented. The Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board has completed and put into use the headquarters of the Provincial People's Council - People's Committee - National Assembly Delegation and the Medical Center of Thach An district. The Traffic Project Management Board has accelerated the progress of the Dong Dang - Tra Linh expressway. The Department of Industry and Trade recorded an import-export turnover of more than 712 million USD in the first 6 months, an increase of 40.72% over the same period in 2024. The Department of Science and Technology has deployed 50 scientific and technological tasks, accepted 13 tasks, and supported start-up and digital transformation projects. In the agricultural sector, food output reached over 113,000 tons, and aquatic product output was 272 tons.

Conference overview.

Promoting the achieved results, in the last 6 months of the year, the Emulation Bloc determined the goal of continuing to carry out emulation movements to achieve achievements in welcoming the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress; organizing common activities according to the issued plan such as: sports tournaments, new rural construction programs, visiting and giving gifts to disadvantaged people, scoring emulation and preparing to summarize the whole bloc at the end of the year. Strengthening the inspection of emulation work at member units, conducting evaluation, honoring exemplary collectives, proposing rewards to superiors. Strictly implementing the information and periodic reporting regime, ensuring compliance with regulations and general progress of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council.
