Recently, the State Securities Commission has issued a decision on administrative sanctions against DECOTRA Joint Stock Company, located at Room 107A, Building 133, Thai Ha Street, Trung Liet Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi .
Accordingly, DECOTRA had to pay VND 85 million as prescribed in Point a, Clause 4, Article 42 of Decree No. 156/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government stipulating administrative sanctions for violations in the field of securities and the securities market due to failure to disclose information that must be disclosed according to the law.
Specifically, the company did not send periodic information disclosure to the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), including: Financial report for 2020, Report on the use of capital from bond issuance in 2020, Payment of interest and principal of bonds in 2020, Semi-annual financial report for 2021, Report on the use of capital from semi-annual bond issuance in 2021, Payment of interest and principal of bonds in 2021.

Decotra Joint Stock Company provides health care products, pharmaceutical products, and functional foods of natural origin. In 2018, Decotra signed a cooperation contract to produce mouthwash with the Institute of Dentistry, Hanoi Medical University.
Decotra is one of the pioneering enterprises in Vietnam in the field of research, registration of product quality certification by the Ministry of Health in the country, the international Food and Drug Administration and providing processing services for the production of functional foods according to orders .
