Every household needs a fire extinguisher and a backup escape route.
Lieutenant Colonel Phan Thanh Phong, Head of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of the Provincial Police, said that the province currently has 2,108 apartment buildings, rental service facilities, apartments, and dormitories; 2,077 rental rooms; 380 kindergartens and preschools.
