According to statistics, up to now, Da Nang High-Tech Park has attracted 31 projects with a total registered capital of more than 1 billion USD. Many famous corporations and companies such as Dentium, UAC and Foxlink have come here to invest in building large-scale factories.
After the merger, Da Nang's planned industrial land fund has a total land area of about 11,238 hectares. Including Chu Lai open economic zone, industrial parks, high-tech parks, concentrated information technology parks, and industrial clusters.

These industrial parks have been synchronously connected with the existing traffic and logistics infrastructure system, forming a sustainable industrial infrastructure supply chain in the industrial development of Da Nang city.
Along with 9 existing industrial parks, the Da Nang Free Trade Zone under construction will create an ecosystem, promote economic restructuring, and enhance the industrial development potential of Da Nang city.
In which, the High-Tech Park is the core of research, development and production; the Concentrated Digital Technology Park is the digital driving force; Vietnam's first Free Trade Zone is the logistics gateway, testing institutions and creating new growth drivers; and industrial parks are the supporting industrial springboard.
According to the orientation to 2030, Da Nang City will become a center of high-tech industry and innovation in the region, with the digital economy accounting for more than 35% of GRDP and high-tech industry contributing 10%–15% of economic growth.
In addition, by 2045, Da Nang aims to become Vietnam's pioneering technology city, a convergence of semiconductor, digital technology and green energy corporations.
