Continue to deploy forces and professional measures, closely monitor and grasp the situation on key routes, areas and industries to detect and handle, especially smuggling, transportation and trading of food, livestock, poultry and aquatic products of unknown origin and without quarantine; cold storage gathering and trading; use of prohibited substances in food production and processing; production and trading of medicinal herbs and functional foods of unknown origin and not ensuring quality... Guide and assign responsibility to the district and commune police to strictly implement the process of receiving, handling and resolving denunciations, reports of crimes, information reflecting violations of the law; grasp the operational situation of factories, establishments and households producing, processing and trading food in the area.
