Through inspection, the working delegation of Military Region 2 assessed: In recent years, the Steering Committee for the Development of Military Zones in Tuyen Quang province has promoted its advisory role to the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee in leading and directing the construction of a solid and comprehensive development zone; strictly implementing the Government's decrees on development zones, linking socio -economic development with strengthening national defense and security.

The potentials in the KVPT, especially the political -spiritual, economic, scientific-technological, military, and security potentials, are firmly consolidated; national defense and security education is seriously and qualitatively implemented; training, exercises, and building of militia, reserve, and local armed forces are ensured to be sufficient in quantity and of increasingly high quality. Infrastructure, transportation, healthcare, and telecommunications are invested in, contributing to improving combat readiness, disaster response, and search and rescue capabilities in the KVPT.

The inspection team directly inspected at the Logistics and Technical Department of the Provincial Military Command.

Concluding the inspection, Major General Nguyen Dang Khai, Deputy Commander - Chief of Staff of the Military Region, commended the achievements in the construction and operation of the KVPT of Tuyen Quang province in the past time. The Deputy Commander - Chief of Staff of the Military Region requested that in the coming time, Tuyen Quang province continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the resolutions and directives of the Party, the State and the Military Region on the construction of the KVPT; strengthen leadership, direction, and socio-economic development associated with strengthening national defense and security; proactively coordinate and mobilize resources to build potential in all aspects of work, build a solid people's position, contributing to maintaining political stability and social order and safety in the area.
