Check and grasp the situation directly at the Military Command of Rach Gia Ward

On the morning of August 27, a working delegation of the Military Command of An Giang province inspected and grasped the situation of duty and combat readiness on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) at the Military Command of Rach Gia ward.

Through the on-site inspection, the working delegation acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactive and positive spirit of the Military Command of Rach Gia Ward (An Giang Province) in carrying out assigned political tasks.

After the merger, the Ward Military Command focused on consolidating the barracks, perfecting the organization and staffing, maintaining strict combat readiness, building a regular order, and training discipline.

The working group inspected the tools to support the performance of the tasks of the militia and self-defense forces.

Concluding the inspection, Colonel Cao Minh Tam, Deputy Political Commissar of the An Giang Provincial Military Command, emphasized that in the current context, when the task of protecting the Fatherland early and from afar poses increasingly high requirements, improving overall quality and combat readiness level becomes extremely urgent.

In that spirit, Colonel Cao Minh Tam requested the Rach Gia Ward Military Command to promote its core role in advising and effectively organizing the implementation of all aspects of work. Proactively develop, supplement, and complete combat readiness plans suitable to the characteristics of the area; organize practice to master the plans, ensuring timely and effective response forces in all situations, especially major holidays and important events.

At the same time, the Military Command of Rach Gia Ward is requested to prepare well in all aspects for the military recruitment in 2026; strengthen close coordination with the police in patrolling and controlling the area, maintaining political security, order and social safety, and avoiding being passive and surprised.
