The house, built solidly on the family's land with a total area of over 90 square meters , cost over 200 million VND to construct. Of this amount, the Provincial Military Command's "House Construction Fund for Comrades" contributed 60 million VND, with the remainder contributed by the family.
Speaking at the house handover ceremony, Colonel Huynh Van Khoi, Political Commissar of the An Giang Provincial Military Command, expressed his hope that the families of the soldiers receiving the houses on this occasion would continue to strive for a better life, build prosperous and happy families, and live up to the traditions and qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers"; and continue to work with peace of mind, ready to accept and successfully complete all assigned tasks.
