The An Giang Provincial Military Command handed over 17 houses for comrades on the occasion of National Day.

To celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd, on the morning of August 28th, the An Giang Provincial Military Command held a ceremony to hand over a "Comrade's House" to a military family facing housing difficulties. Colonel Huynh Van Khoi, Political Commissar of the An Giang Provincial Military Command, attended the handover ceremony.

The house was handed over to the family of Senior Lieutenant Danh Minh Hoai, residing in Minh Phong hamlet, Binh An commune.

The delegation handed over the house to Senior Lieutenant Danh Minh Hoai, residing in Minh Phong hamlet, Binh An commune, a soldier currently working at the Command of Defense Zone 5, An Giang Provincial Military Command.

The house, built solidly on the family's land with a total area of ​​over 90 square meters , cost over 200 million VND to construct. Of this amount, the Provincial Military Command's "House Construction Fund for Comrades" contributed 60 million VND, with the remainder contributed by the family.

Speaking at the house handover ceremony, Colonel Huynh Van Khoi, Political Commissar of the An Giang Provincial Military Command, expressed his hope that the families of the soldiers receiving the houses on this occasion would continue to strive for a better life, build prosperous and happy families, and live up to the traditions and qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers"; and continue to work with peace of mind, ready to accept and successfully complete all assigned tasks.

Through this, we contribute to working with local Party committees and authorities to care for the lives of military officers and soldiers currently working in agencies and units throughout the provincial armed forces, as well as retired, demobilized, and discharged officers and soldiers from previous periods who are facing difficulties with housing...
