The results of the internal test and assessment will help the Board of Directors of Trung Son Hydropower Company Limited (TSHPCo) make decisions on assigning suitable job positions for each specific title. On the other hand, candidates who pass the internal test and assessment will be confident in completing their assigned work and position well.
Recently, TSHPCo organized an internal examination and test for the positions of: main center operator, main machine operator - hydropower plant for officers who are operating workers of the Operation Workshop.
Mr. Pham Van Cuong, Deputy Director of TSHPCo, delivered the opening speech for the internal examination and assessment of the positions: main center officer, main machine officer - hydropower plant.
The exam takes place in 1 day. The content of the theoretical and oral exam questions is compiled and graded by the Examination and Testing Council of TSHPCo.
In his opening speech and direction of the exam, on behalf of TSHPCo's leadership, Mr. Pham Van Cuong, Deputy Director of the company, stated the importance of internal testing and assessment of operational positions for Trung Son Hydropower Plant. Accordingly, organizing internal testing and assessment of operational positions is a mandatory requirement and regulation of Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN) and Power Generation Corporation 2 (EVNGENCO2). Candidates participating in the exam with good results, meeting the requirements according to regulations, is the initial success factor for each electricity production and trading enterprise in general and Trung Son Hydropower Plant in particular.

With serious preparation from the stage of creating exam questions and preparation methods, the testing and assessment work was completed with 3/3 candidates meeting the requirements. In addition to complying with the regulations of EVN, EVNGENCO2, the success of the exam helped the Company's Board of Directors and the Board of Examiners know the professional level of each candidate for each job position; thereby making decisions to assign appropriate job positions for each specific title. On the other hand, candidates who pass the internal test and assessment will be confident in completing the assigned work and job position well.

In addition to completing the requirements for each operating position, through the exam, the candidates were also exchanged and imparted by the Jury with more knowledge and operating experience related to Trung Son Hydropower Plant, such as: Plant operation for actual reservoir water levels; generator troubleshooting skills; operating principles of proportional valves, digital valves; speed control system of equipment in the plant; purpose of water on the turbine shaft system...
