After the parade passed the stage, the units took turns to assemble. Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia assessed that the second training session had made much progress compared to the first training session. He praised the forces participating in the parade for their efforts, "overcoming the sun and rain" and enthusiastically practicing.
"The blocs have tried very hard, have good solidarity, high unity and strict discipline," Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia emphasized and directed the forces to learn from experience and continue practicing, striving for better and better results in the next joint training sessions.
