According to the Working Program of the Session, the Provincial People's Council will spend a session to conduct questioning, re-questioning and answering questions. According to the synthesis of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, by the end of the morning of December 5, there were 14 questioning ballots with 25 questioning questions from the Provincial People's Council delegates sent to the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, members of the Provincial People's Committee, and leaders of the branches. Through the Report synthesizing voters' recommendations of the Provincial People's Council Delegation Groups and the Standing Committees of the People's Councils of districts and cities, up to now, the Provincial People's Council has received 114 opinions and recommendations from voters sent to the Regular Session at the end of 2024. This is an important basis for the Provincial People's Council delegates to choose the content of the questioning.
Speaking at the opening of the Questioning Session, Comrade Bui Duc Hinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, said: At this Session, the Provincial People's Council agreed to question 5 areas of interest to public opinion, voters and the People, namely: Issues related to the fields of investment, transportation, construction, industry and trade, natural resources, environment, compensation and site clearance. Issues related to the fields of education and training; health care, information and communication. Implementation of the Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council on the field of agriculture. Progress of disbursement of career capital for projects under the National Target Program on socio -economic development in ethnic minority areas. Work on drafting legal documents, disseminating and educating the law.
In order for the questioning activity to achieve the desired results, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council proposed: Provincial People's Council delegates should ask short questions. At the same time, to enhance the dialogue in the questioning, Provincial People's Council delegates have the right to debate to clarify issues of concern. The person answering the question needs to answer frankly, briefly, without evasion and especially must clearly identify responsibilities, solutions, roadmap and solutions for implementation in the coming time.
