Signing of a joint digital transformation agreement between Hoa Hung ward and Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center for the period 2025 - 2026

(HTV) - The People's Committee of Hoa Hung Ward and the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center have signed a joint agreement to implement digital transformation tasks for the period 2025 - 2026. This is a meaningful activity in the context that the whole country is promoting comprehensive digital transformation.

The joint plan was signed to concretize and effectively implement Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo on the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation. The main goal is to strengthen coordination between the two units, creating conditions for people, cadres, civil servants and public employees to access and effectively use digital tools, especially technology platforms serving public administration, contributing to improving the digital transformation index of the ward.

The joint plan was signed to concretize and effectively implement Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo on science , technology, innovation and national digital transformation development.

The key contents of the Joint Plan include: Propagating, disseminating and guiding the use of "HCMC Digital Citizen App" and other digital transformation solutions; Developing human resources and building a digital community in the ward; Proposing, researching and testing digital transformation solutions in the ward, aiming to build a "smart ward" and promote public data sharing; Piloting the model of Smart Kiosk and virtual assistant at the one-stop department.

Hoa Hung Ward People's Committee and Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center have signed a joint agreement to implement digital transformation tasks for the period 2025 - 2026.

At the ceremony, Hoa Hung Ward launched the Community Digital Technology Team, the "Hoa Hung Compass" Virtual Assistant software, the Hoa Hung Ward Digital Learning Materials Warehouse, and the Hoa Hung Ward Zalo Official Account (OA) Channel to help people receive information and interact, reflect, and contribute to the government directly and effectively, while contributing significantly to the realization of the goal of building Ho Chi Minh City into a smart, modern city, taking people as the center of service.
