Also attending the meeting were Comrade Pham Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Major General Hoang Van Sy - Commander of the 15th Army Corps; and representatives of leaders of a number of provincial departments and branches.

At the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and contributions of Army Corps 15 in recent times to the socio -economic development of Gia Lai province.
The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized: Corps 15 not only creates jobs for thousands of workers, especially ethnic minorities in the locality, but also effectively implements social security programs, contributing to maintaining sovereignty, political security and social order and safety in border areas.
He expressed his hope that in the coming time, Corps 15 will continue to promote its tradition and accompany the province in realizing its development goals. In particular, the province is considering building a rubber latex processing factory right in the area to increase the value of the products and hopes that Corps 15 will soon research and implement this content.

Regarding the policy of investing in building schools for border communes according to the Politburo's Conclusion in Notice No. 81-TB/TW dated July 18, 2025, Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung said that in the province, there are 5 schools expected to be built on the land fund of Army Corps 15. Therefore, Army Corps 15 should soon have an official opinion to create favorable conditions for the province to complete the procedures and implement on schedule.
"The province always supports and creates the most favorable conditions for Corps 15 to implement socio-economic development projects in both the western and eastern regions of Gia Lai province," the Provincial Party Secretary affirmed.
At the meeting, Major General Hoang Van Sy - Commander of the 15th Corps thanked the provincial leaders for always paying attention to the Corps during the process of formation and development. The Corps identified rubber as a strategic crop because it has stable coverage and the ability to grow naturally without needing additional irrigation water during the dry season.
Therefore, rubber not only creates livelihoods for tens of thousands of farming households, but is also closely linked to the strategy of sustainable agricultural development and ecological environment protection of the region. Currently, Army Corps 15 has nearly 50,000 hectares of rubber in Gia Lai and Dak Lak provinces as well as Laos and Cambodia.

Proposing to the provincial leaders, Major General Hoang Van Sy hopes that the provincial leaders will continue to pay attention to investing in a convenient transportation system to effectively solve the problem of transporting agricultural products, reducing production costs in the area.
Regarding the issue of land handover for school construction in border areas, Major General Hoang Van Sy affirmed that the Corps will deploy with the most drastic and fastest spirit, ensuring convenience for the province to achieve the goal according to the roadmap.
