Signing of coordination regulations for the period 2025 - 2030 between the Provincial Federation of Labor and the Provincial Business Association

- On the afternoon of October 7, the Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) and the Provincial Association of Enterprises (ABA) held a conference to summarize the coordination program for the period 2021 - 2025 and sign the coordination program for the period 2025 - 2030. Comrade Nguyen Hoang Tung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee attended the conference.

The leader of the Provincial Federation of Labor delivered the opening speech at the conference.

Implementing the coordination program in the period of 2021 - 2025, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor and the Executive Committee of the Provincial Union of Employers have actively propagated and mobilized members, union members, and workers to work together for the sustainable development of enterprises; build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises; and closely coordinate with employers.

Specifically, the two units coordinated to organize propaganda and dissemination of legal education for over 2,600 Vietnamese laborers belonging to grassroots trade unions of non-state enterprises; 746 direct dialogues with Vietnamese laborers and chairmen of grassroots trade unions of enterprises on issues related to policies and regimes of Vietnamese laborers; supported 29 union members in grassroots trade unions of enterprises to build and repair "Union shelters" with a total amount of 780 million VND; signed a cooperation agreement program between the Provincial Labor Federation and a number of units and enterprises in the province on welfare for Vietnamese laborers...

Especially in the period of 2021 - 2025, the coordination in implementing emulation and rewards between the two units was effective with 18 enterprises and 276 workers with outstanding achievements receiving certificates of merit from the Provincial Federation of Labor and the Provincial People's Committee.

At the conference, delegates discussed and clarified the results achieved and directions for the coming period to make coordination between the two units more effective.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Hoang Tung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee He suggested that in the coming period, the two units should continue to concretize the resolutions and coordination programs with practical actions, close to the characteristics of the province; taking workers and enterprises as the center; promoting the development of grassroots trade union organizations, especially in non-state enterprises; enhancing dialogue, accompanying enterprises to overcome difficulties and replicate good models, honoring good examples. He also affirmed that the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province always accompanies, supports and creates conditions for the coordination program between the two organizations to be effectively implemented.

Also at the conference, the leaders of the two units signed a cooperation program for the period 2025 - 2030 with 5 main contents including: coordinating the development of union members and trade union members and establishing grassroots unions; coordinating in propagating and disseminating the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws; coordinating in representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; coordinating in organizing activities to care for the lives of union members and workers; coordinating in implementing emulation and reward work.

Representatives of the collectives received certificates of merit from the Executive Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor.

On this occasion, 6 collectives and 3 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the coordination program between the Provincial Federation of Labor and the Provincial Association of Enterprises for the period 2021 - 2025 were awarded certificates of merit by the Executive Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor.
