Signing of the Coordination Regulations between the People's Security University and the National Political Publishing House Truth

Former Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and General Le Hong Anh and delegates offered incense at the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial House on the campus of the People's Security University.

The signing of the Coordination Regulations between the National Political Publishing House Truth and the People's Security University marks an important step in the coordination of propaganda work to protect national security, ensure social order and safety in the new situation; contributing to building a clean and strong People's Public Security force.

Representatives of the National Political Publishing House Truth and the People's Security University jointly performed the signing ceremony of the Coordination Regulations.

The coordination regulations include 6 contents: coordination of scientific research, seminars, and discussions to propose policies and solutions to effectively implement the work of protecting security and order and building the People's Public Security force; coordination of appraisal, compilation, publication, and distribution of books and documents to propagate scientific research results, promote publications of the Ministry of Public Security, the People's Security University, and the National Political Publishing House Truth; coordination of propaganda to protect the Party's ideological foundation, fight and refute erroneous and hostile views, orient ideology, raise vigilance against plots and tricks to sabotage the ideology of hostile forces; coordination of mass mobilization work, support and help people, cultural, artistic, physical education and sports exchanges; coordination in training and fostering cadres, lecturers and students; coordination in transferring and applying the results of scientific and technological research activities.

Major General, Dr. Tran Van Tuan, Principal of People's Security University, spoke at the conference.

Speaking at the conference, Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Trong Lam, Director - Editor-in-Chief of the National Political Publishing House Truth, affirmed that over the past time, the Publishing House has built and maintained a close and effective cooperative relationship with many units under the Ministry of Public Security, especially in performing the tasks of protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety, fighting against wrong views, and protecting the Party's ideological foundation.

“The signing conference today is a practical concretization of the Coordination Regulations, clearly demonstrating deep concern, accompanying the cause of political education, determination to promote propaganda to protect national security, ensure social order and safety, build a people's security posture and the movement of the entire people to protect national security, improve the effectiveness of Party building work, build a "truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, modern" People's Public Security force in the spirit of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and Resolution No. 12-NQ/TW dated March 16, 2022 of the Politburo", Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Trong Lam said.

Former Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung donated books to the People's Security University.

General Le Hong Anh donated books to the People's Security University.

At the conference, Comrade Nguyen Tan Dung and General Le Hong Anh presented books to the People's Security University. The National Political Publishing House, Truth, also presented books to the two comrades, and also presented the People's Security University with an electronic bookcase and some publications of the publishing house.
