On June 1, 1964, Coc Ly Party Cell was established with 04 party members, marking an important milestone for the development of the party organization in Coc Ly commune. On June 1, 2003, it was upgraded to Coc Ly Commune Party Committee with 45 party members.
The Executive Committee of Bac Ha District Party Committee presented a gift to Coc Ly Commune Party Committee on the occasion of its 60th anniversary.
After 22 Congresses, up to now, the Commune Party Committee has 27 affiliated Party cells with 255 Party members.
During the past 60 years, the Party members and cadres of the entire Party have always been pioneers, exemplary, and leaders in all fields, contributing to the construction of the homeland.
Coc Ly has now completed 10/19 new rural criteria, with an average income per capita of 33.33 million VND/year; the value of products per hectare of agricultural land is 83 million VND/ha. Infrastructure has been invested in, military, national defense and security have been ensured. The material and spiritual life of the people has been constantly improved. The political system has become increasingly clean and strong, consolidating the trust of Party members and cadres and the people in the leadership of the Party.
On this occasion, the inauguration of the welcome gate, the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of the commune commended collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the founding of the Coc Ly Commune Party Committee.
