The streets near Ba Dinh Square, such as: Hung Vuong, Tran Phu, Dien Bien Phu, Trang Thi, Trang Tien, Hai Ba Trung, Ton Duc Thang, Van Cao, Thanh Nien... are crowded with people sitting on both sides of the street. These are also the streets where the parade will pass tomorrow morning, after the parade, marching through the grandstand of Ba Dinh Square.

On the central streets of Hanoi , where the parades will pass, the atmosphere is very crowded and bustling. People all bring rain gear, food, and drinks so they can sit and wait to watch the parades pass by smoothly tomorrow morning.

On the streets, although very crowded, people still follow the instructions of the security forces quite well. Hanoi City has established many points to provide water, dry food, and milk for free to serve the people. Environmental sanitation forces are often present along the streets to collect garbage generated by people waiting to watch the parade.

Since the afternoon of September 1, the central area of ​​Ba Dinh Square has been completely closed to vehicles and people, except for those with their own badges as prescribed. The police and military have deployed plans to ensure the highest level of security and order, ready for the ceremony taking place on the morning of September 2.

Near Ba Dinh Square, this area was completely closed from early morning on September 1 to serve the ceremony, parade, and march for the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2.
