Lai Chau completed 100% of congresses of affiliated party committees

According to the report of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee, up to now, the province has completed 100% of the organization of congresses of affiliated party committees for the 2025-2030 term.

Nam Ma commune delegates voted to pass the Resolution of the Commune Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

Lai Chau has 42 subordinate party committees, including 4 party committees directly above the grassroots party organizations and 38 party committees of communes and wards. The documents submitted to the congress were carefully prepared, ensuring quality, comprehensively assessing the results of implementing the resolution for the 2020-2025 term; clearly pointing out advantages, limitations, causes and drawing lessons. The draft political report closely follows the Central Committee's orientation and the documents of the Provincial Party Congress, clearly defining the goals, tasks and solutions for the coming term.

The discussion and contribution of opinions on the Congress documents ensures democracy, openness and high consensus. The opinions on the documents of the 14th National Party Congress and the documents of the Provincial Party Congress are carefully prepared, reflecting reality, affirming the systematic, comprehensive and strategic vision of the draft.

Regarding personnel work, there were 40 newly established, merged, and consolidated Party Committees at the congress with 2 contents. The Provincial Party Standing Committee appointed Party Committees, Standing Committees, Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries, Inspection Committees, Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of Inspection Committees for 38 Party Committees of communes and wards. As a result, the Executive Committee consisted of 1,123 comrades; the Standing Committee had 382 comrades; the Secretary had 38 comrades; the Deputy Secretary had 76 comrades; the Inspection Committee had 163 comrades; the Chairman of the Inspection Committee had 37 comrades; the Vice Chairmen of the Inspection Committee had 54 comrades. At the same time, 283 delegates were appointed to attend the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

For the two Party Congresses with 4 contents (Provincial Public Security Party Committee, Provincial Military Party Committee), the election work was carried out in accordance with the Party Election Regulations. The Provincial Party Secretary and the Provincial People's Committee Chairman were appointed to participate in the Provincial Military Party Executive Committee. 29 delegates were elected to attend the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

The main difficulty noted is that the offices of many newly merged communes do not have the standard area, affecting the arrangement of the congress venue.
