The police in Hac Thanh ward organized a review and compiled a list of individuals who received gifts in person at the community center.
Implement comprehensively and decisively.
Following the directives of the Ministry of Public Security , on August 30th, the Director of the Provincial Police instructed the police in communes and wards throughout the province to mobilize officers and soldiers to quickly carry out the task of going to each village and neighborhood to assist people in integrating their bank accounts into the VNeID application to disburse gifts to people according to regulations.
Accordingly, the Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order, under the Provincial Police, acting as the core unit responsible for reviewing and cross-referencing data from the national population database system, promptly reviewed and compiled a list of eligible recipients, submitting it to the commune-level People's Committees and organizing the transfer of funds in accordance with the Ministry of Finance 's guidelines. Simultaneously, a working group was established in the area to directly guide and closely coordinate with local authorities in the implementation.
The police in Ha Long commune went to the residential area to assist people in integrating their bank accounts into the VNeID application.
The police in each commune and ward mobilized 100% of their personnel to participate, coordinating with the Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune to establish working groups in charge of villages, hamlets, and residential areas. These groups are tasked with reviewing, guiding, and being responsible for the direct payment to the people before September 1st.
Besides bank transfers through the "Social Welfare" category on the VNeID system, in cases where people have not yet integrated or are experiencing difficulties, cash payments will also be organized at suitable and convenient locations for people to receive. Priority groups such as Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, policy beneficiary families, meritorious individuals, the elderly, and those living alone will be arranged to receive gifts quickly and thoughtfully.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
From the morning of August 30th, the police forces in all communes and wards simultaneously conducted thorough checks on residency status, coordinating with the People's Committees at the commune level to update resident information, ensuring the payment list was accurate, without omissions or duplications. At the same time, they regularly reported progress to the Provincial Police Department to promptly address and resolve any difficulties and obstacles, ensuring the timely and accurate distribution of gifts to the people.
The task force of Hac Thanh Ward Police organized the distribution of Tet gifts to residents in the area.
This is an urgent political task, demonstrating the deep concern and gratitude of the Party and the State for the contributions of all strata of the people in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, especially for the immense contributions of the previous generation, of the heroic martyrs, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, cadres, soldiers, and volunteer youth who bravely fought in the resistance wars against invading enemies to protect the Fatherland.
Therefore, the police forces in the province have made strenuous efforts to ensure that the gifts are delivered directly to the people before September 1, 2025, without any errors.
