In 2025, the whole province has 4,450 candidates registered to take the high school graduation exam, of which 4,449 candidates are eligible to take the exam. To date, the Departmentof Education and Training (DET) has established an Examination Council consisting of 12 members. The Examination Council has developed a work plan and established the following Committees: The Secretariat consisting of 21 members has been and is performing the task of preparing for the organization of the examination. The Examination Paper Printing Committee consists of 28 members (has been quarantined and has been performing the task of printing and copying since June 15, 2025). The Examination Paper Transport and Delivery Committee at the Examination Council consists of 17 members who have received data to perform the task of printing and copying the examination papers. The Examination Supervisory Committee consists of 1,253 members, performing the task from June 23, 2025 to June 27, 2025. The Examination Board consists of 21 members who have issued decisions and performed the task from June 28, 2025. At 22 official examination sites and 22 backup examination sites, adequate facilities have been ensured, and specific plans to ensure security and safety for examination invigilation have been developed.

The Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam has directed the Department of Education and Training to coordinate with relevant local levels and sectors in organizing the exam. Districts and cities have established Steering Committees and developed good service plans, organized the exam well, and supported candidates. Schools have proactively provided meals and arranged accommodation for students during the exam to ensure safety. Coordinate well with mass organizations and local departments and sectors so that no candidate cannot participate in the exam due to economic difficulties or travel conditions.

Participating in the meeting, members of the Provincial Steering Committee reported to clarify further the work of ensuring traffic safety, health care, food safety, and ensuring safety and security in each stage of the exam.

In his speech, Comrade Le Van Luong - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the preparation work of the Provincial Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam and emphasized the significance of this year's graduation exam as a major exam, following two programs (General Education 2018, General Education 2006) and having many new points. He requested the members of the Provincial Steering Committee for the exam to ensure the implementation of assigned tasks according to plan, and to arrange sufficient forces to ensure all stages and steps are in accordance with regulations.

The members of the Steering Committee need to develop a detailed scenario, clearly specifying people and tasks, especially a backup plan for traffic, mobilizing vehicles, ensuring smooth routes for some key areas such as: Ka Lang commune (Muong Te district), Dao San commune (Phong Tho district), Nam Nhun town (Nam Nhun district), Nam Tam commune (Sin Ho district). There is a detailed scenario to ensure safety, security, fire prevention, rescue for the exam. In addition, it is necessary to ensure the procedures in inspection; a specific human plan to ensure medical care, medicine at the exam sites, etc.

Localities need to create the best conditions and coordinate well with exam invigilators and graders; report regularly and promptly when there are difficulties or problems to ensure the exam is carried out in accordance with regulations and rules, ensuring the exam takes place safely and seriously.
