An Binh Bank (ABBank) still maintains the capital mobilization interest rate table announced from March 15, applied uniformly to both forms of deposit at the counter and online deposit. The interest rate is applied in the form of receiving interest at the end of the term, flexibly according to many different terms from short term to long term.
Interest rates on deposits at ABBank counters in May 2025
For short-term savings from 1 week to 3 weeks, ABBank maintains interest rates at 0.5%/year. This is the lowest rate in the interest rate table. For non-term deposits, customers only receive interest rates of 0.1%/year.
Interest rates for terms from 1 to 3 months:
In the short-term monthly group, interest rates increase gradually over the deposit period. Specifically:
1 month: 3.0%/year
2 months: 3.2%/year
3 months: 3.7%/year
This interest rate is applied to both counter and online deposits, with no distinction between the two forms.
Medium term interest rate from 6 to 9 months:
When depositing for a 6-month term, ABBank applies an interest rate of 5.2%/year, and slightly increases to 5.3%/year for a 9-month term. This is the term group with an interest rate approaching the bank's highest ceiling during this period.
Highest interest rate at ABBank:
The highest interest rate currently applied by ABBank is 5.5%/year for 12-month term deposits. If customers choose to receive interest quarterly or monthly for this term, the corresponding interest rates will be 5.39%/year and 5.37%/year.
Long term interest rates from 13 to 36 months:
From 13-month to 18-month terms, the interest rate is stable at 5.3%/year. For savings with 24-month and 36-month terms, the interest rate is 5.2%/year. In particular, if you choose to receive interest monthly, the interest rate can fluctuate slightly from 4.96% - 4.84%/year.
