A young man in Binh Giang was fined for speeding.

At 1:00 p.m. on August 9, on Provincial Road 392 in Thanh Tung Commune (Thanh Mien), the Traffic Police and Order Team (Thanh Mien District Police) discovered Mr. Pham Ngoc S. driving car 34A-715.54 violating the speed limit of 91 km/h, 41 km over the limit. For the above violation, Mr. S. was fined 11 million VND and had his driver's license revoked for 3 months. This is the highest fine for speeding violations for cars.

From the beginning of the year to August 9, Thanh Mien district traffic police fined 442 cases of speeding with a total fine of VND993 million, an increase of 182 cases compared to the same period last year.
