At the meeting, members approved the decision to establish an Organizing Subcommittee to serve the Congress, consisting of 15 comrades from relevant sectors, fields and units.

The subcommittee will have 4 support teams, including: Information and propaganda team, logistics team, security and safety team and health care team for delegates. The teams will carry out their work based on their assigned functions and tasks, in order to effectively carry out the task of organizing and serving the congress.

Members of the working groups contributed their opinions at the meeting.

Based on the content of the meeting, members of the support groups spoke and gave their opinions on the working regulations, functions, tasks and powers of each department. At the same time, they gave their opinions to clarify the program and plan of each sector and field in the work of organizing and serving the Congress.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hoai Anh delivered a concluding speech at the meeting.

Concluding the meeting, comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Congress Organization Subcommittee, said that on October 10, 2025, Lam Dong province is expected to hold the 1st Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

Faced with the requirements of short time and high work progress, the Congress Organizing Subcommittee needs to proactively follow the actual situation, tasks, and assigned plans, promptly review and deploy plans to ensure the organization and service of the Congress.

In particular, this week, departments must complete the report on plans, options for selecting locations, conference halls and sideline activities for the congress to submit to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for review and comments. On that basis, direct the units to organize and implement.

At the same time, each group needs to develop a specific and detailed plan based on the actual situation to closely follow the assigned tasks. The Information and Propaganda Group in particular needs to strengthen propaganda work, build a series of articles before, during and after the congress. In particular, coordinate with press agencies to promptly disseminate information about the Congress.

The Logistics Team, Security Team and Delegate Health Care Team ensure the synthesis of printed documents and the preparation of congress badges. At the same time, they advise on the organization of press conferences, the organization of receptions for delegates and guests, and plans to ensure safety for the Congress and delegates.

Relevant sectors, units and localities focus on reviewing and preparing well the conditions to successfully organize and serve the Congress.
