Lam Ha: Thoroughly grasp the work of preparing for the congress and election regulations in the Party

(LĐ online) - On the morning of November 1, the Standing Committee of Lam Ha District Party Committee held a conference to disseminate the preparations for the Party Congress and the election regulations within the Party. Comrade Nguyen Van Tan - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of Lam Ha District People's Council chaired the conference.

Comrade Nguyen Van Tan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council delivered a speech at the conference.

Attending the conference were leaders, cadres, civil servants of Party building committees, District Party Committee Office, Party Secretaries, Deputy Party Secretaries, and Chairmen of People's Committees of communes and towns in the district.

At the conference, comrade Nguyen Van Tan thoroughly grasped the work of preparing for grassroots congresses and thoroughly grasped Decision 190-QD/TW, dated October 10, 2024 of the Party Central Committee promulgating the Party Election Regulations, replacing Decision No. 244-QD/TW, dated June 9, 2014. The Decision was issued to overcome inappropriate contents, not directly related to the election, to remove contents already in other regulations of the Central Committee and to supplement contents that are clear, have sufficient theoretical basis, and are proven to be correct in practice, and are highly agreed upon and unified.

In addition, the organization provides guidance on procedures, forms, and personnel for grassroots congresses according to Instruction No. 43-HD/HU dated September 26, 2024 of the Standing Committee of Lam Ha District Party Committee on Instructions for Party Congresses of Party cells under grassroots Party Committees, term 2025-2027.

After thoroughly understanding the congress guidelines, the Standing Committee of Lam Ha District Party Committee answered some questions from the grassroots.
