Clarifying the case of a car crashing into a house but not fixing the consequences

On the morning of July 16, the Traffic Police Department of Quang Tri Province Police said that the unit had received a report from Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuyen, residing in Dong Ha Ward, regarding a traffic accident.

Previously, at around 7:00 p.m. on July 12, a car with license plate 30H-230.xx was traveling from Dong Truong Son Hotel in Dong Ha Ward, then crashed straight into Mr. Tuyen's house at 414, National Highway 9, knocking down the iron gate, gate post, damaging 2 motorbikes, and 2 glass cabinets kept in the house.

Fortunately, the accident did not cause any casualties. After the incident, the driver explained that the car had lost control and agreed to compensate the two motorbikes first to get the car repaired. The driver authorized relatives in the same neighborhood as Mr. Tuyen's family to handle the remaining property damage.

However, on July 15, the authorized person refused to resolve the matter because the car owner did not transfer the money and could not be contacted. Meanwhile, Mr. Tuyen's family discovered that the car was being repaired at a nearby garage. The leader of the Traffic Police Department said that the people requested to handle the case civilly. To resolve the petition, the unit will grasp the damage and contact the vehicle owner and driver to clarify.
