This is a regularly organized activity with the hope of receiving students' comments and suggestions, thereby helping the school make appropriate adjustments, increasingly better meeting the learning and training needs of the students.
Teacher Le Xuan Trung, Vice Principal in charge of Le Loi High School shared: The school always wants to listen to the thoughts, wishes and suggestions of students, with the highest goal of building a friendly, disciplined and happy learning environment. We encourage students to boldly express their opinions, ask questions and make suggestions in a straightforward, democratic and sincere manner. Every share, no matter how small, is valuable, because it is the voice from the students' hearts and thoughts.

According to Mr. Le Xuan Trung, on that basis, teachers in the school will absorb, listen and make adjustments in teaching and learning activities, and at the same time organize more appropriate educational methods and activities. The goal is to create a learning environment that not only equips students with knowledge, but also nurtures their personality, life skills, confidence and creativity.
At the dialogue session, asking a question on the topic "My voice about school life", Tran Trung Hieu expressed his opinion: "If you could change one thing in the learning environment to make student life better, what would you change?"
Discussing this content, Mr. Le Xuan Trung said that there are many factors that need to be changed, but three key things can be chosen. Firstly, the school in general and each teacher in particular must constantly change themselves; innovate educational measures, teaching methods, existing conditions and environments to become more and more attractive to students.
Second, students need to change their perception, thinking and learning methods to maximize their own abilities.
Third, build friendly, respectful, civilized and intellectual relationships between the school, teachers and students, thereby arousing the passion for training and learning in a safe, respectful and happy environment when going to school.

Also in the dialogue program, many students also raised practical questions related to studying and future orientation. Tra My, a student of class 11A4, shared her concerns about how to reduce the pressure when exams are getting more and more stressful.
Faced with this concern, school leaders said that currently, students are under a lot of pressure both in studying and in career orientation. To reduce the pressure, the first important thing is that each student needs to choose a major and subject that suits their abilities and interests. At the same time, students must practice scientific and reasonable learning methods.
From the school perspective, teachers will accompany by guiding, instructing methods of memorization, problem solving, organizing many diverse activities to learn while playing, play while learning. Students also need to balance between studying, entertainment and rest to be able to maintain a comfortable spirit, study more effectively.
A representative of class 12 A5 students asked: "What measures does the school take to make students feel happy and respected when coming to school?"
The school leaders shared that students’ happiness comes from respect and listening. Therefore, the school always encourages teachers to innovate teaching methods; at the same time, it focuses on listening to students’ voices and aspirations to build a democratic and friendly educational environment.
From another perspective, a representative of class 12A8 students expressed his thoughts on the school respecting differences and promoting the individuality of each student. Answering this question, teacher Le Xuan Trung, Vice Principal in charge, said that in order to respect differences, it is necessary to avoid applying a common lesson plan to all students. Instead, teachers must closely approach each student's abilities, recognizing both successes and failures. Organizing many extracurricular activities and promoting individual strengths will help students reveal their differences and develop comprehensively.

In the topic "Future Orientation", student Diep Chi raised the question: "How to balance between what you love and development opportunities in your chosen career?".
Teacher Le Trung Kien, the school's psychologist, shared that at this age, the most important thing is to choose a job that you are truly passionate about and stick with it for the long term, instead of just focusing on income. There are jobs that start with low salaries, but if you persevere, future development opportunities will open up. Income is important, but it is not the top factor that determines your career and happiness.
