In the 2022-2023 school year, the staff, teachers and students of Ha Tinh High School for the Gifted have strived to compete in teaching and learning well, achieving many outstanding achievements in key quality and comprehensiveeducation quality.

Last school year, Ha Tinh High School for the Gifted trained 10 teams to compete in the national excellent student competition, with 69/84 students winning prizes. Dinh Cao Son (grade 12 Chemistry) won a gold medal and ranked 7th in the 2023 International Chemistry Olympiad; Tran Hoai Nam (grade 12 Math 2) was one of 15 Vietnamese students participating in the Asia- Pacific Informatics Competition.
Regarding the results of mass education, at the end of the 2022-2023 school year, 100% of the school's students were ranked as having good conduct or training results and good or excellent academic performance. 85.7% of students were recognized as excellent students of the province, 100% of grade 12 students passed their first choice of universities.
In addition to teaching and fostering cultural subjects, over the past year, the school has always paid attention to comprehensive education and life skills training for students. The school and the Youth Union have guided and created conditions for students to participate in extracurricular activities; 51 Youth Union members have been trained to participate in Party sympathy classes, of which 26 students have been honored to be admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam.
This school year, the school welcomes 420 grade 10 students.
In the 2023-2024 school year, the school will welcome 420 10th grade students, bringing the total number of students in the school to 1,427 in 10 specialized subjects: Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, IT, Literature, History, Geography, English, and French.

Cam Trung Secondary School was established in 1982, formerly a co-educational high school of Cam Trung commune. In the 2022-2023 school year, the school has 20 classes with 769 students; 43 staff and teachers. With efforts to excellently complete assigned tasks, the school has achieved many outstanding achievements. The quality of mass education and key education has developed, reaching the top of the district. Up to now, Cam Trung Secondary School has 100% of teachers meeting the standards according to the 2019 Education Law.
