- On the morning of September 27, the delegation led by Comrade Hoang Van Nghiem, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, offered incense and flowers at the Martyrs' Temple and the Bac Son Guerrilla Monument on the occasion of the 85th anniversary of the Bac Son Uprising (September 27, 1940 - September 27, 2025).

The indomitable spirit of the Bac Son people is forever recorded in the glorious history of our nation; the Bac Son uprising is the gunshot that signaled a new period of struggle - the period of armed uprising to seize power.
