During the festival, students enthusiastically participated in folk songs, folk dances, and traditional costume performances of ethnic groups: Tay, Mong, Nung, Kinh, Dao, Thai, Muong, Phu La...

The colorful costumes are displayed and vividly explained to help students understand more about the characteristics of each ethnic group's costumes and be proud of the beauty of their national costumes.

The highlight of the program is the cooking competition of ethnic dishes. Students directly prepare, process and present traditional dishes such as: blue gourd duck, five-color sticky rice, men men, grilled stream fish, pickled pork, grilled buffalo meat, fern salad, etc. Through this, they have a deeper understanding of the culinary culture of ethnic groups, practice life skills and teamwork spirit.

In particular, this year's "Local Ethnic Culture Festival" saw the active and enthusiastic participation of parents and students, from preparing materials to guiding children to learn and practice the correct cultural features of their ethnic group.
The activities in the Festival are linked to subjects such as Literature, History, Geography, Economic and Legal Education, Experiential Activities - Career Guidance, helping students apply interdisciplinary knowledge into practice, while educating students to appreciate and preserve the cultural identity of ethnic groups, nurturing in each student love for their homeland, country and national pride.
