Lam Dong Provincial Leaders Hold Meeting with Masterise Group

On the afternoon of January 30th, Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, chaired a meeting with Masterise Group Joint Stock Company to exchange and discuss the proposed projects to be implemented in Lam Dong province.

Representatives from various departments and agencies attended. Representing Masterise Group were Mr. Ho Anh Ngoc, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Masterise Group, and other members.

Masterise Group is a diversified conglomerate, primarily operating in the real estate sector. The group aspires to leverage its strengths in developing high-end urban areas in Lam Dong province, especially in the "Lan Dong of a Thousand Flowers" region, to create a focal point that will attract other projects.

“We are very much looking forward to securing our first project in Lam Dong province to commence construction in 2026. Masterise Group is committed to implementing and completing the project in the shortest possible time if investment is secured. From the time the investment approval is granted to the project reaching customers, it will only take 24 months,” pledged Ho Anh Ngoc, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Masterise Group.

Masterise Group Chairman Ho Anh Ngoc hopes to secure his first project in Lam Dong province for commencement in 2026.

According to Mr. Ngoc, the Group proposed to the local authorities that it be granted access to resources to supply materials for key projects, including the new administrative center.

The company wishes for the province to share a list of key projects so that the group can research, collaborate with, and participate in investment. Masterise Group hopes that Lam Dong will facilitate its participation in providing feedback on the provincial planning.

Director of the Finance Department, Ton Thien San, provided some information about the locations and projects that Masterise Group wishes to invest in.

During the meeting, the departments and agencies of Lam Dong province exchanged information on the potential and advantages of their respective areas, and provided details on project development. Regarding construction material quarries, the departments and agencies will gather and provide specific information for Masterise Group to study.

Some units suggested that the Corporation coordinate with relevant departments and agencies to study suitable areas and finalize investment selection plans. Local authorities hope the Corporation will research expanding into additional fields such as renewable energy, logistics, and processing industries.

Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, Nguyen Ba Ut, expressed his wish for Masterise Group to explore expanding into additional fields such as renewable energy and processing industries.

Concluding the meeting, Standing Committee member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai emphasized that the proposals put forward by Masterise Group are very relevant to Lam Dong's potential. Regarding the issues proposed by the Group, the locality will strengthen coordination to ensure synchronized implementation.

Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai expressed his wish for Masterise Group to research and implement investment projects in Lam Dong province that are the Group's strengths, such as IT, infrastructure, and logistics.

“Lam Dong province hopes that Masterise Group will research and implement investment projects in areas where the Group excels, such as IT, infrastructure, and logistics, to help the locality boost economic development and strive for double-digit GRDP growth. For each specific sector, relevant departments and agencies should provide maximum support to the Group during the investment research process, according to their functions and duties,” requested Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai.
