448271_logo_15430626.jpg (200×57)  -   On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024), on the morning of April 25, a working delegation of the province led by Comrade Hoang Van Nghiem, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, visited and presented gifts to soldiers who directly participated in the Dien Bien Phu campaign and are currently living in Cao Lau and Xuat Le communes, Cao Loc district.

During the program, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and members of the working delegation visited and presented gifts to Mr. Duong Thai Son (99 years old) in Thach Khuyen village and Mr. Dinh Van Vanh (97 years old) in Ban Ranh village, Xuat Le commune; and Mr. Hoang Chan Phung (99 years old) in Na Va village, Cao Lau commune.

Comrade Hoang Van Nghiem, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, presented a gift to Mr. Dinh Van Vanh, 97 years old, in Ban Ranh village, Xuat Le commune.

At the families he visited, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee expressed his gratitude and respect for the great contributions and sacrifices of the soldiers who directly participated in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign, contributing with the whole country to the resounding victory that shook the world. He wished the veterans good health, continued to educate their children and grandchildren to uphold the family tradition, and be a spiritual support for their children and grandchildren to follow.

Also attending was comrade Doan Thu Ha, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Loc Binh District Party Committee.

Comrade Doan Thi Hau, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council visited and presented gifts to Mr. Phan Thanh Hai's family, Na Duong town, Loc Binh district.

During the program, the delegation visited and presented gifts to the families of veteran Vi Van Trung, born in 1935, a relative of a martyr and a soldier who directly participated in the Dien Bien Phu campaign, Loc Binh town; veteran Luong Van Lu, born in 1934 and war invalid Phan Thanh Hai, born in 1926, Na Duong town.

At the places visited, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and members of the working delegation kindly inquired about the health of the families. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Council wished the veterans good health and a happy life with their children and families.
