Reporting at the meeting, Mr. Do Doan, General Director of the Company, said that in the past 3 years, the Company's production and business activities have been relatively stable. Every year, the business targets have been achieved and exceeded the plan assigned by the Board of Members. Accordingly, the average consumption output reached 118 million bags/year, the average consolidated revenue was 907 billion VND/year, the average pre-tax profit was 50.5 billion VND/year, the average income of employees was 19 million VND/person/month... The Company has also developed a production and business plan for the period 2025-2029 with an average compound growth rate of 4.11-11.8%.

Sharing about the difficulties and problems of the enterprise, Mr. Do Doan said that in 2014, the Company established an investment project approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 3337/QD-UBND dated November 10, 2014 on approving the planning of a land area of ^20,000m2 for the Company to build and expand its production and business premises in Ba Lang Ward, Cai Rang District. However, up to now, due to procedural problems, the project has not been able to be implemented. This has significantly affected the production and business activities of the enterprise. Therefore, he hopes that the leaders of the City People's Committee and departments and branches will support him to soon come up with a solution for the enterprise.

Mr. Nguyen Thuc Hien acknowledged and appreciated the Company's contributions in the past time, contributing to increasing budget revenue and creating jobs for many workers in the city.
