Previously, according to the report of Tu Liem Ward People's Committee, heavy rains overloaded the urban drainage system, causing flooding in residential areas and traffic jams. 320 households with about 1,120 people in residential group No. 15 Cau Dien, residential groups No. 2 and No. 3 Phu Do were affected by flooding. Of which, 28 households with 95 people had to evacuate.
