Ms. Dang Phuong Anh - owner of a business selling grilled skewers, duck eggs, and grilled oysters and egg cups on this street - said that the ingredients used to make the dishes are guaranteed to be fresh every day, and the supplier ensures food safety and hygiene conditions. The store also uses spices from reputable brands on the market. |

“From the very beginning of getting the goods, they showed me the food safety certificate and clear license, so I felt secure using the goods,” said Ms. Anh, adding that during the business process, her family members and service staff all had regular health check-ups every 6 months. |
Mr. Cao Thanh Binh - Head of the Culture - Social Committee of the HCMC People's Council said that through the initial survey, the delegation felt that places like Ho Thi Ky culinary street need to be promoted and expanded more. "When surveying some food stalls, the traders said that many people and tourists come here to visit, eat and drink and they have a good feeling", Mr. Binh shared.
Through the survey process, the invoices and documents of origin of goods are clearly shown, with full information... In addition, the seller also ensures to provide labor protection and food safety equipment.

| The survey team determined that over 80% of the traders here get their goods from wholesale markets. Most of the goods are almost at a fixed location and can be controlled. The problem is that wholesale markets in the city need to strictly control food safety right from this "key" point. |

"If we strictly control food safety at wholesale markets, the supply of goods to food streets, markets, and small retail outlets in the city will be more secure, and we won't have to spend a lot of manpower to control small outlets," said the head of the survey team. |
Mr. Bui The Hai - Vice Chairman of District 10 People's Committee - said that since preparing to form Ho Thi Ky night food city, the district has organized training for households in this area on food safety knowledge because most of them are small street food businesses. At the same time, every month, the locality and medical forces regularly check the origin of the input to ensure food safety for people coming to enjoy the cuisine here.

Ho Thi Ky Food Street has about 130 businesses with dishes mainly grilled food, seafood, and hot-trend dishes among young people. The goods are taken by traders from Binh Dien wholesale market and food suppliers with clear origins and addresses, controlled by invoices when they import goods. |
