The crew of "Walking Towards Fire" performed explosion scenes with real fire, causing the cast to encounter many difficulties and hardships during filming.
Towards Fire is a series directed by Tran Thanh Huy, with the theme of firefighters and rescue workers. Some actors revealed to be in the film include Xuan Phuc, Lanh Thanh...
The film is a remake of the Taiwanese (Chinese) hit film Tears of the Fire God. However, director Tran Thanh Huy said that the film's script has been adjusted to 98% of the original. In addition, he also added materials, events, and inspiration from real life to bring a product imbued with Vietnamese spirit and culture.
With the desire to create a realistic atmosphere, the director asked the crew to light a real fire. To carry out these scenes and at the same time recreate the real scene, the film crew received assistance and advice from the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Team PC07, Da Nang City.

"It can be said that this is a film that combines all the most difficult aspects of filmmaking with many complex scenes such as apartment fires, market fires, alley fires, rescue in difficult terrain, deep rivers, high mountains...", the director said.
To prepare for the fire scene with real fire, the film crew calculated plans to both maintain the authenticity of the film and ensure the safety of the crew.
Xuan Phuc said he and the other actors went through scenes so strenuous that they "squeezed their energy". In some scenes, the cast had to do it up to 10 times in a scene of blazing fire and smoke, making him feel like his "soul left his body".
"I have acted in many action movies, but this is truly the most difficult experience. It is also the first time I have worked on a movie and it was so tiring that it exceeded my imagination.
When the crew had just finished filming a big fire scene in the movie, I was surprised to read the news "fire in a mini apartment building in Khuong Ha ( Hanoi )" at the same time. The coincidence gave me goosebumps," Xuan Phuc said.

Lanh Thanh said that when acting out the rescue scene, he had to go into the disaster area and saw scenes he had never seen before in his life, which made him worry a lot.
"Fire is always unintentional, people are unintentional, this unintentionalness can lead to serious, unforeseeable consequences," the handsome man confided.
The actor revealed that there were scenes where he had to directly face real fire, and it was at this moment that he understood the danger that firefighters always face when on duty.
