Yen Bai Ward Youth Union guides people to submit documents on the National Public Service Portal

The above results were achieved because, in the past time, the Public Administration Service Centers at all levels have carried out many propaganda and dissemination activities to raise awareness among people and organizations about not returning documents and dossier components that have been digitized or can be exploited from national and specialized databases.

The One-Stop-Shop Department at all levels has posted and posted propaganda posters and billboards; provided instructions at the application reception area, helping people easily grasp the process of implementing online public services, emphasizing that there is no need to re-submit documents such as citizen identification cards, household registration books, birth certificates, marriage certificates, etc. if this information has been digitized.

Officials and civil servants at the One-Stop Section proactively guide people to authenticate and look up data from the National Population Database and the shared electronic civil status database, instead of submitting paper copies .

According to Resolution 316/NQ-CP from October 1, 2025, Public Administration Service Centers at all levels will not accept paper documents for 25 full-process online public services. Instead, people and businesses only need to perform them through the electronic environment (National Public Service Portal or VNeID application).
The implementation objective is to implement Directive No. 24/CT-TTg dated September 13, 2025 of the Prime Minister on promoting the development of comprehensive online public services.
