Installing and upgrading 29 4G mobile broadcasting stations at October 30 Square

To ensure the quality of the internet network for the program "Ha Long Concert 2025" taking place at 30/10 Square (Ha Long ward) on the evening of October 29, telecommunications units in the province proactively surveyed and installed and upgraded 29 4G mobile broadcasting stations, meeting the communication and data usage needs of about 80,000 customers.

Viettel Quang Ninh's technical team installed 4G mobile broadcasting equipment at 30/10 Square.

Accordingly, closely following the event's objectives, telecommunications companies coordinated with relevant units to conduct surveys and network quality measurements in order to deploy additional 3G and 4G mobile base stations and auxiliary equipment.

Specifically, Viettel Quang Ninh installed 21 base stations, including 19 new stations and 2 upgraded existing ones, serving approximately 50,000 subscribers. Vinaphone Quang Ninh installed 5 base stations, including 4 temporary stations and 1 upgraded existing one, serving approximately 18,000 subscribers. Mobifone Quang Ninh also upgraded one existing station and added two mobile stations, serving approximately 10,000 subscribers.

Vinaphone Quang Ninh has completed the installation of 5 base stations, including the deployment of 4 additional temporary stations and the upgrading of 1 existing station.

Along with installing state-of-the-art telecommunications equipment, telecommunications companies have also prepared service plans to ensure uninterrupted communication.

Before and during the event, the technical staff of the participating units will also be on standby 24/7 to promptly handle any unforeseen situations.
