Consulting the community on the planning of the mixed-use urban area of Nha Trang city

Nha Trang City People's Committee has just issued a document requesting the Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Areas and the People's Committees of wards and communes: Phuoc Long, Phuoc Hai, Vinh Thai, Phuoc Dong to organize the collection of opinions from organizations, individuals and communities on the detailed planning project (scale 1/500) of Nha Trang City Mixed Urban Area.

Localities are assigned to post documents and forms at their headquarters; distribute forms to the right subjects and synthesize the results and send them to the Department of Economy , Infrastructure and Urban Areas before May 25.

Project implementation area.

The planning area is more than 226.7 hectares, within the scope of the Project to Adjust the Zoning Plan (scale 1/2000) of the new urban area - park - administrative center of the province. The project aims to build a high-class urban area with mixed functions, including: housing (apartments, villas, social housing...), traffic land, schools, parks, parking lots...

The space is divided into 3 areas: Residential area combined with commerce, marina park attached to the administrative center; urban and thematic park area; new residential area combined with services, ecological water park.

The total investment of the project is expected to be over 17,640 billion VND, with an operating period of 50 years from the date of land allocation, land lease or land use purpose change. The project will be implemented in about 6 years, starting from the first quarter of 2025.
