Previously, people reported that in the innermost lane of the Ngoc Hoi roundabout, a subsidence about 5m long and 3cm to 5cm deep appeared ( Khanh Hoa Newspaper had an article "Urgently handle the subsidence at Ngoc Hoi intersection" in the issue published on May 15). This subsidence is located opposite the N4 branch that has not been completed, making people very worried about the structure of the project. After that, the Provincial Management Board of Investment and Construction Projects for Agricultural and Transport Works held a meeting with Phuc Son Group Joint Stock Company (investor) and contractors, supervision consultants, etc. to listen to the report and request the units to urgently handle the subsidence at the roundabout.

After cleaning the asphalt concrete layer, Phuc Son Group Joint Stock Company will use ultrasound to locate the subsidence location to find the cause of the problem.

The Ngoc Hoi intersection project has 4 branches, of which branches N1, N2 and N3 have been put into operation since September 2023. Particularly, branch N4, connecting to Ring Road 2 leading to Nguyen Xien Street, cannot be implemented due to land clearance problems. For nearly 2 years now, vehicles have been circulating normally through the intersection, while branch N4 is fenced to ensure safety.
