If the mass mobilization is skillful, everything will be successful", in recent years, Party committees and authorities at all levels from the district to the grassroots in Lam Thao district have always focused on mass mobilization work in implementing the National Target Program on New Rural Construction. Every year, the district includes the content of building advanced new rural areas in the annual theme to focus on leadership, direction, and implementation with the participation of the entire political system. Along with mobilizing diverse resources as a basis for perfecting the criteria, the district focuses on promoting the role of mass mobilization work in building new rural areas as a "bridge" contributing to bringing the Party and State's policies into life.

Comrade Chu Duc Oanh - Chairman of Son Vi Commune People's Committee shared: Following Uncle Ho's teaching "A hundred times easier without the people, ten thousand times harder, it can be done", the commune focused on directing and promoting the construction of advanced and model new rural areas. The Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Bloc, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations have actively mobilized people to contribute and support funds to improve the criteria, including continuing to renovate and upgrade rural traffic infrastructure, culture and environment criteria; installing additional lighting systems, planting more flowers, trees, and shade trees in public places, renovating residential areas, cultural houses and cultural institutions, creating bright, green, clean and beautiful landscapes... Thanks to that, in 2022, the commune met the standards of an advanced new rural commune and was recognized as meeting the standards of a model new rural commune in 2023.

Clearly identifying the importance, position, role and responsibility of mass mobilization work in building new rural areas, especially in building advanced new rural areas and model new rural areas, the district political system has done a good job of mass mobilization work, actively propagating, mobilizing, creating consensus among the people, promoting internal strength to build new rural areas, build advanced new rural areas and model new rural areas with positive results. In order to improve the effectiveness of the work of building advanced rural areas and model rural areas, in recent years, the district Party Committee and government have led and directed grassroots Party Committees, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations to propagate and mobilize people about the purpose and significance of the movement to build advanced rural areas and model rural areas associated with the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization". Focus on promoting the role of the people as the main subject in building advanced new rural areas and model new rural areas with the motto "People know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, people supervise and people benefit" to mobilize maximum resources among the people to complete the criteria; promote the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization" in the entire political system to attract a large number of cadres, union members, association members and people to participate. Coordinating well in organizing the construction of advanced and model new rural areas contributes to raising awareness and the role of the mass mobilization system, thereby strongly encouraging and motivating the patriotic emulation spirit of all classes of people, successfully carrying out the tasks of economic, cultural and social development, maintaining national defense and security.

With the goal of creating the most practical efficiency, meeting the harmonious combination of three benefits of the collective, community and people, people have actively participated in responding, contributing over 90 billion VND, donating thousands of square meters of land to build rural traffic infrastructure works, expanding and building new cultural houses and cultural institutions... Up to now, 100% of communes in Lam Thao district have been recognized as meeting national standards for new rural construction; the whole district has 7/10 communes meeting the standards of advanced new rural communes, of which 5 communes have met the standards of model new rural communes (including Thach Son, Tu Xa, Son Vi, Vinh Lai, Cao Xa), 86 model new rural residential areas...

Continuing to effectively carry out mass mobilization work to contribute to the successful implementation of the set goals, in the coming time, Party committees and authorities at all levels in the district will continue to focus on leading and directing the effective implementation of documents of the Central and the province on building advanced new rural areas and model new rural areas in the period of 2021 - 2025; thoroughly grasp and effectively organize the implementation of Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW, Conclusion No. 43-KL/TW of the Central Party Secretariat on continuing to implement Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW on "Strengthening and innovating the Party's leadership over mass mobilization work in the new situation" and documents of the Central and the province on mass mobilization work.

Continue to promote propaganda, mobilization, and promote the role of the people as the main subject in building new rural areas.
