Deputy Director Nguyen Hong Minh expressed his respect and appreciation for the support of the French Embassy in Vietnam in connecting and building the Training Program using the My Coach Pro software application for Vietnamese coaches this time.
Deputy Director Nguyen Hong Minh said that with the aim of strengthening the partnership in the field of sports between Vietnam and the French Republic, with the support of the French Embassy in Vietnam, the Vietnam Sports Department has coordinated with experts from My Coach Pro Company to organize a training program on using coach and athlete management software for coaches who are directly working in training at national sports training centers.
“Improving and enhancing athletes’ performance is the top concern of coaches and experts as Vietnamese Sports is entering the most active preparation phase for major sporting events in the 2026-2028 period. One of the important solutions to do this is to apply science and technology, first of all in training management and competition management for coaches and athletes. Deputy Director Nguyen Hong Minh emphasized.
The Deputy Director also expressed his hope that, under the instruction of leading experts from My Coach Pro, a company specializing in developing software solutions for sports training, the program will be implemented effectively, bringing many practical benefits to coaches, contributing positively to the rapid improvement of the achievements of Vietnamese athletes in the coming time.
Representing France, Mr. Arnaud Pannier - Attaché forEducational Cooperation, French Embassy affirmed that he is ready to accompany Vietnam in all sports activities taking place within the framework of cooperation between the two countries. On this occasion, Mr. Arnaud Pannier also expressed his sincere thanks to the Vietnam Sports Administration and the Vietnam Olympic Committee for their support in implementing the program. The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the two sides in February 2025 is the foundation for a one-year cooperation project with four main activities: Implementing training activities on sports nutrition and athlete psychology for Vietnamese coaches and athletes; applying digital solutions to improve the level of Vietnamese athletes through coaches; identifying necessary equipment for Vietnamese sports and exchanging delegations.
Mr. Arnaud Pannier hopes that through the program, experts and coaches can understand the needs of Vietnamese sports, thereby orienting specific ways to make the software an effective tool for coaches in their training process.
According to Mr. Arnaud Pannier, the training courses play an important role for both sides. Through this, the Vietnamese side can determine the direction of future development, and the French side can understand the needs to support Vietnamese Sports more effectively.

Within the framework of the training program, national team coaches of 12 sports, typically Swimming, Weightlifting, Rowing, Taekwondo... will listen to expert Stephane Monrin instruct on how to install, use and apply software in managing, training and coaching athletes; train and guide the use of interactive software between coaches and athletes; at the same time, there will be exchanges on the implementation process and evaluation of the results of software implementation during the testing period.
