Training to raise awareness of collective economic development

Overview of the conference in Thanh Thuy district.

At the training session, the cadres and members listened to the lecturers of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union convey the following contents: Dissemination and implementation of Resolution No. 20-NQ/TW, dated June 16, 2022, the 5th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee on continuing to innovate, develop and improve the efficiency of the collective economy in the new period; Resolution No. 46-NQ/TW dated December 20, 2023 of the Politburo on innovation and improving the quality of activities of the Vietnam Farmers' Union to meet the requirements of revolutionary tasks in the new period; Decision No. 182/QD-TTg dated February 20, 2024 of the Prime Minister approving the Project "Vietnam Farmers' Union participates in developing the collective economy in agriculture until 2030"; Guidance on the steps to establish cooperatives and cooperative groups; organization of operating apparatus, management procedures in collective economic organizations; basic forms of operation of collective economic organizations.

Through the training session, it contributes to raising awareness and responsibility of cadres and farmer members in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on collective economy ; promoting the strength of the Farmers' Association to participate in developing agricultural economy in the whole province in accordance with local conditions, promoting rapid and sustainable development of agriculture, farmers and rural areas.
