(DN)- According to the interdisciplinary inspection team inspecting the compliance with legal regulations in the fields of construction, fire prevention and fighting, tax, land and environmental protection for production and business establishments and factories renting establishments in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, Bien Hoa city, through review, currently, out of 80 production and business establishments and factories renting establishments in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, there are 25 enterprises that have stopped production and are leasing factories to other establishments and enterprises.

Specifically, preliminary statistics show that 25 businesses that have stopped operating are leasing factories in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park to 67 other establishments and businesses.

On May 15, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 1581/QD-UBND on the establishment of an interdisciplinary inspection team to inspect compliance with legal regulations in the fields of construction, fire prevention and fighting, tax, land and environmental protection for production and business establishments and factories renting in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park.

According to this decision, the inspection subjects are 80 production and business establishments and factory rental establishments in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park. The inspection period is from December 31, 2023 to May 15, 2025; during the inspection, if any additional establishments are discovered beyond the 80 establishments according to the decision of the Provincial People's Committee and any cases with signs of related violations before and after the inspection period, the inspection team is responsible for clarifying the inspection.

The inspection period is 45 working days from the date of announcement of the inspection decision. The inspection of compliance with legal regulations in the fields of construction, fire prevention and fighting, tax, land and environmental protection for production and business establishments and factories renting in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park will begin from May 22.
