95th meeting of the Provincial People's Committee: Approved many important contents

The meeting approved important contents such as: draft supplementary Resolution on the Socio -Economic Development Plan for 2025; local adjustment of the general planning of Tan Uyen City to 2040; general planning project of Dau Tieng town to 2040; 1/2000 scale zoning plan for the eco-tourism resort and entertainment service area at Tha La peninsula, Dau Tieng lake and zoning plan for the eco-tourism resort and entertainment service area of ​​Canh Dong Cay Siu, Dau Tieng district.

The meeting approved the draft promulgation of construction unit prices, adjustment of land price lists and specific land valuation in the province; approved the policy of a number of housing and social housing construction projects in a number of localities; listened to reports on the plan to handle situations at the time of bidding for the investment project to build Ring Road 4, Ho Chi Minh City, from Thu Bien Bridge to Saigon River.

The meeting also gave opinions on a number of contents on the draft decision promulgating economic and technical norms in the operation of the automatic and continuous emission monitoring and control system in the province; draft decisions promulgating regulations on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Center for Management and Operation of Public Passenger Transport...
