Investing 45 billion VND in construction of Hoa Phuoc wholesale market

, south of Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street (Southern Ring Road) has just organized a construction and installation package with an investment value of 45 billion VND.

The Management Board of Investment and Construction Projects for Civil, Industrial and Technical Infrastructure Works in Da Nang has just announced the invitation for bids for the construction and installation package of the Hoa Phuoc Wholesale Market project, with a package value of more than 45 billion VND.

The package is part of the Technical Infrastructure, Site Clearance, Support and Resettlement Project for Hoa Phuoc Wholesale Market, with a total investment of over VND272 billion, an increase of nearly VND60 billion compared to the original plan. The project is expected to create a clean land fund for auctioning land use rights, attracting investors to build a large-scale wholesale market in Hoa Phuoc Commune, Hoa Vang District.

The construction package construction period shall not exceed 240 days. Bidders must strictly comply with requirements on labor safety, site management, security control, environmental sanitation and commit to a minimum 12-month construction warranty.

In addition, the successful contractor must provide a valid certificate of capacity to construct water supply and drainage infrastructure from grade II or higher...

According to the Project Management Board, the goal of the project is not only to serve the re-planning of the wholesale market network but also to solve the problem of traffic and drainage infrastructure for the area upstream of the project.

The sewer line connecting to National Highway 1A will contribute to completing the urban technical system, reducing flooding and increasing land use efficiency after resettlement.

With a scale of more than 30 hectares, this will be one of the major wholesale markets of Da Nang city, contributing significantly to the city's commercial and urban infrastructure development strategy in the coming years.
