The Provincial Military Command promptly coordinates with functional forces in inspecting vehicles and areas under the management of the unit that show signs of storing and concealing smuggled goods, counterfeit goods, prohibited goods, and goods that infringe intellectual property rights.
The Provincial Border Guard Command coordinates with the Customs, Police and local authorities to patrol and control the Le Thanh International Border Gate area, trails and openings in the border area to combat smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, infringement of intellectual property rights, and ensure the maintenance of order, security and safety in the border area.

Directs the Market Management force to closely follow market developments, strengthen the collection and analysis of information on supply and demand developments, prices of goods, especially essential goods that are easily exploited for speculation and smuggling such as dairy products, pharmaceuticals, functional foods, cosmetics, gasoline, sugar, tobacco, fertilizers, etc. Market Management Teams inspect and control essential goods on retail channels, unofficial agents, especially on e-commerce trading floors and social networks. Coordinate with the Department of Health, Department of Agriculture and Environment to conduct inspections and post-inspections on food safety, strictly handle acts of trading in fake, toxic, and unknown-origin foods. At the same time, review and recommend to competent authorities to perfect legal regulations on expertise, techniques, pre-inspection, post-inspection, and goods licensing procedures; especially applying digital transformation and building an interconnected database.
The Tax Department of Region XIV directs professional units and local Tax Teams to strengthen inspection, examination, and combat tax fraud in potentially risky business sectors, especially those with tax exemptions and extensions; strengthen management and control to prevent the use and sale of illegal invoices. Take the lead and coordinate with the Department of Industry and Trade, the Department of Science and Technology, and the Market Management Department to promote measures to manage and use electronic invoices; disseminate information to taxpayers, stores, and petroleum businesses to issue electronic invoices for each sale, etc.

The Department of Science and Technology strengthens inspection of compliance with legal regulations on standards, measurements, quality, product labels, and industrial property for organizations and individuals producing and trading in the province.
