People need to buy prescription drugs as directed by their doctors at pharmacies and drugstores to avoid counterfeit drugs.

Actively coordinate with the Department of Industry and Trade, the Provincial Police and relevant functional units to organize high-profile attacks to fight against and repel crimes of smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, copyright infringement, and intellectual property rights infringement...

Agencies and units disseminate to all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to strictly implement public discipline, regulations, rules and working procedures; enhance responsibility, ethics and public service awareness; absolutely not be affected, influenced or have group interests in the process of handling administrative procedures related to appraisal, granting operating licenses and announcing products in the medical field in the area.

Directors of the Departments of Health, Industry and Trade, Provincial Police, relevant departments and branches and Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, towns and cities are responsible before the Provincial People's Committee if there are negative situations in the production, business and sale of fake medicines, health protection foods, cosmetics and medical equipment in their fields and authority.
